May I give a couple of suggestions? Random eye colours for chao (a hero chao can have blue eyes of dark chao and vise versa). I had several toothy grin chaos. And even half lidded chao, chao with happy eyes and chao with frown eyes (at first birth).
I don't think is possible to find toothy frown chao by default. I got them by hacking.

I don't think they will come back, unfortunately. I would like Chao game taking some idea from The Sims games. You don't play chao game like you play the sims, you still take care of them like in SA2B. but they cam be more active. It would be nice to be able to have infinite chao (still 8 for garden...

It happemed to me earlier when I had low-capacity memory cards. When I bough a more powerfull memory card, I never had this problem.
But I lost SA2B gamecube CD before. I'm glad i found Sa2B on Steam.

For the black chao mod, I think you should make blue eyes for hero chao and black eyes for dark chao, because I can't see black eyes on a black hero chao.

A bug I found, is that it doesn't work anymore with SaDX.
I have update SADX, but, when I launch SADX fusion's chao editor, is like there are no chao in the garden even if they are there, and I can't adjust anything.

Hi. I'm new here. I always liked chao and I didn't excepted that in time, chao modding could become so big. I'm interested to learn how to edit textures because i have several ideas in mind about chao. I tried before but I failed.
