What if my Chao evolves or reincarnates?

Is there a chance that you can possibly remove or change the medal that your Chao is wearing?

My first bright chao was a bright blue chao, and was breed from a shiny blue chao and a normal two toned chao. How do you obtain a normal two toned bright chao?

Is there by chance a way to obtain a Bright (Two-toned) Colored Chao? I have been breeding with my Bright Normal Two-toned Chao, but I keep getting a Bright Normal Two-toned Chao.

As you may know, each egg has a different rarity for each save file. Anyway, I never see red, yellow, lime green, etc.
When I played on the GameCube version when I was little, one of my favorite chao was red.
Is there anyway to get the eggs your save file never shows?
