The maximum grade value for the Intelligence and Luck stats is 255. The maximum grade for the 5 main stats is the S grade, which is equivalent to a value of 5.

Petting your Chao a lot doesn't really have any downsides, so you don't need to worry about your Chao becoming spoiled.

There aren't any existing codes that allow you to increase the number of animals and Chaos Drives that you can carry in stages, as far as I know.

First, change the Chao's type to Dark / Swim. Next, move the Swim-Fly slider all of the way to the right and increase the Magnitude to 1.2 by moving the Magnitude slider all of the way to the right. If you leave and reenter the Chao Garden, then your Chao should look like a Dark/Swim/Fly Chao.

Delete the one that didn't come with Chao World Extended. The files in the Chao World Extended 7z file should be placed directly in the Sonic Adventure 2 folder.

Oh. Wait, are the majority of the Chao World Extended-specific codes appearing in the list, or do the other ones appear? If it isn't the former, then I recommend extracting the Chao World Extended files to the Sonic Adventure 2 folder again so that the correct codes appear.

You may be able to access the extra colors with Fusion's Chao Editor. However, the Chao World Extended mod pack provides its own sonic2app.exe file in order to accomplish this and you need to enable the "Mixing Colors" code. What is the name of the other mod that you're using?
