Oh I'm somehow guessin the level from Sonic 2 will be Chemical Plant Zone. NOT GUESSING WITHOUT A REASON :P If you look closely at the classic version of City Escape, you can see those black speed pads aswell as those red kicker/jumper things from Chemical Plant Zone.
