Known critic who famously said video games aren't art, Roger Ebert, alongside two fathers of comic books, Carmine Infantino (DC Comics) and George Gladir (Archie), have passed on today.

Discuss.

It's going to be a sad day when people like Adam West, Morgan Freeman, and Stan Lee die.

A lot more too, but people seem to have long forgettable names.

though i disagree with his opinions, its a shame that he died i guess. never really heard of him since critics are just people who get paid to have opinions
I've enjoyed most of the time I've spent here, I hope my actions have not ruined such an experience for anyone else.

Margaret Thatcher died today.

Of course, no one really cares apart from me, and a few other brits.

It's a good day.

Jonathan Winters passed away today. Now he was a comedian I admired.

I'm still completely unsure as of how to feel regarding Margaret Thatcher's death. My dad spoke of her saying that she gave the country a strong leader when it needed one, but I've seen a bunch of people being glad she's dead. Is it opinion, or something else?

All I know about her is that she proposed New Labour (I think it was) policies in the late end of the 1900s.

Also people are apparently protesting the fact that she's not getting a state funeral.

Despite the fact that, you know, she stated in her goddamn will that she didn't want a state funeral.

Well, she privatised pretty much everything apart from the NHS (which the new government is doing now), meaning they aren't government controlled, and can literally do whatever they want without the government needing to know, she ruined a lot of the education and medical systems, and much more.

To be honest I could go on, but in short, never vote Conservative. Hell, Flame. See what they've done now in under 3 years.
