Please don't flame me if these are stupid questions I just am unsure of or couldn't find the answers anywhere else.

Question 1: If I were to breed a two-tone Orange Chao with a Shiny White Chao, could the out come be a Shiny Two-Tone Orange Chao, or do I need to get 60 emblems and raise a Shiny Orange Chao first?

Question 2: How often does the Black Market change stock and/or is there a way to make it?

I'm looking forward to anyone's help. Much appreciated in advance. =]

1. Yes, you can possibly get a Shiny Two-tone Orange Chao from that Breeding combination regardless of Emblems.

2. There's a topic about that right here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=37793
According to there, it changes every 5 minutes.

Thank you so much. I only talked about emblems because the site says it take roughly 60 for Orange Shiny Eggs to appear in the Black Market. Again, thank you. =D

Yes, in fact I assumed you meant Monotone in the first place. As long as the other Chao is Two-tone, the child could possibly be Two-tone as well.

All I keep getting is Shiny Mono-Tone White and Orange. =/

You have to be patient and keep trying. I suggest that, after feeding them each a Heart Fruit, save. That way, if it's not what you want, just try again by resetting without saving and you won't be wasting Rings. If you're already doing that, then that's fine, you just have to be patient. It may take a little bit as the Chao you want to get isn't the only possible outcome for that combination. I'm sure you'll get it at some point, though. :)

Oh, I've been resetting like mad. I did however just get a Two-Tone Chao, but I have no idea if it is what I'm aiming for. I'll try to put a picture up but for a brief description it is as follows:
~Doesn't seem to have the shiny coat.
~Upon hatching it looked faded orange with white tips.
~Upon petting it with a Dark character it now has white tips, is darker orange, and has a dark orange chest crest.

Any idea?

...But I've never seen anything like it before.

I think we're going to need the assistance of someone else to identify this Chao.

(I really want one of these now, though. Whatever breed it is...)

Mm-hmm, my thoughts exactly. I am aware that Baby Two-tones often look different than they do when they Evolve, but never before have I seen this. Hopefully Crazo will know what breed it is.

By the way, what version of the game are you playing, just out of curiosity? Like, for what system?

But that's just me getting hopeful. Not sure if that would be the case here. It would be cool if it was, though... So yeah, hopefully someone like Crazo will come and see this.

The way it looks to me after caring for it more with a Dark character is that is is a two-tone orange, but the tips are shiny white. Since caring for it with Shadow the orange is now bolder, the chest crest even more so, and the tips are bright, bright white.

If it is shiny then it is the two tone shiny orange chao you are looking for.
Judging by the ring around the chao's neck you have been petting him with dark characters (or mean to him with light) Some dark chao have white hands and feet

I sure hope it's a Shiny Two-Tone Orange, I was just expecting it to have the Orange and Green mixture, just with a Shiny coat if it was.

If you make it Neutral swim it should be orange and green. But out of the pictures that you posted, I am pretty sure that he is
