Chances of them having a battle royal are pretty low if past instances of Eggmen interacting are anything to go by.
Who would win a battle royal between the Eggmen would depend a great deal on what kind of weapons they're using. SEGA Eggman has had the biggest and the baddest toys out all the different versions of the character, but Fleetway Robotnik has achieved godhood and bent the very fabric of reality to his will at various points. It's a hard call.

I would say Shaymin, Jolteon, and Swellow. I dont think he would keep too many pokemon, but what he would have would be pretty fast.
Knuckles
I can see him with Cranidos (Or Rampardos), Electrode, Boldore, Excadrill, Nidoking, and either Hawlucha or Poliwrath. His team is pretty much as quick-acting as he is, though they mostly battle eachother while he guards the Master Emerald.
Amy
Fairy types. Enough said. I can see Medicham, Clefairy, Florges, Mawile, and an Audino tbh. Saving that last slot for Sonic Imeanwhat
Shadow
HMMM. Aegislash(*Shiny), Absol, Umbreon, Noivern, Metagross, and Bisharp.

Cheese jkjk, She's p young so I can see her with a Chansey, Eevee, and possibly a Whismur

LIEPARD most definitely, as like a theiving partner, though I cant see her having much else other than maybe rare/expensive pokemon

What Alliterative names would you give potential super forms of the following characters?
Knuckles(given how Archie renamed Super Tails to Turbo Tails and even gave Mammoth Mogul's Chaos Emeral-powered super form the moniker of Master, strikes me as a bit odd that they never gave him an Alliterative name)

Lighter-paletted than normal, probably lot of gold thrown around? Really really intense eyes though lets be honest. Red and Grey eyes are the best.

Do you think their super forms would be any different if Sonic used the sol Emeralds and Blaze used the Chaos Emeralds? Do you think Sonic could achieve an even more powerful form by using both the Chaos and Sol Emeralds?
Probably? While similaur they seem to have sommeee differences? *<- Never played 2K6 sonic* So I would say yeah, but using both type of emeralds could probably prove to be difficult.
