You are allowed to quote people. We just discourage quoting the post that is right above yours, or quotes that are extremely large. See here for more information.

Just use common sense when quoting. If it helps to make it clearer what you're responding to, then go ahead and use them. If it's obvious what you're responding to, then you'll just be cluttering the thread. Remember that you can quote parts of a message; you do not always have to quote the whole post.

I'm already very active, checking Chao Island repeatedly throughout the day. I just don't post that much. I probably would post more if they made a new game with chao, and maybe even visit the chatbox more to discuss the new game with other members.
