I am disappointed in the cat and only the cat. I want the seal now.

He's an epic memer who parrots anything 4chan do and say, which is why he only ever talks about dead memes and tries his best to annoy people by any means, this time it was spoilers that everyone went on about for weeks. I'm surprised he didn't put an image of Geninja hanging from his tongue or something.

...I thought everyone knew this by now?

Alola waifu. Joking aside, I've actually got one of these EV trained and it's not too bad. Trop Kick is actually a really good move, and its movepool lets it have some pretty good types, though limited in that if you want a useful, varied moveset, you have basically one set to go with. It's frail and not too quick but hits hard. Probably best to switch in from a Pokemon like setup Scolipede.

About the game, I thought it was one of the absolute best generations in a while. I liked the whole regional variants idea, I just think it'd be more fun if they picked regions other than Kanto in this regard to vigorously jerk off with unique regional variants and returning characters with remixed music, but that's undoubtedly not really there to please "genwunners" than it is just Nintendo doing its usual "REMEMBER THE STUFF WE USED TO DO NOSTALGIA PLEASE" type thing that it does with basically everything nowadays.

It doesn't mar it for me at all though, I love the game completely and I'm glad I got it. Still feel really bad for Lusamine and basically her entire family.

Generally agreed with Flame (about the game, I have little to no opinion on Tsareena.)
I would call this game's plot one of the best, probably second to me behind B/W. I mean, I don't go into Pokemon expecting mind blowing plots, but I always do appreciate when the villains are well fleshed out and can set up interesting conflicts (hence these and B/W.)

I became the champion, and finals are putting a damper on my post game playing. That being said, this game seems to have a fun amount of high level trainer matches and things to catch in the post game, which I know was a complaint about X/Y lacking such things.

Now that I have caught them all in my Y version, I need to maintain that, so a fair amount of evolving things is coming my way to prepare for Pokebank opening. And maybe I will try some more of serious(ish) pokemon matches with friends. I was dabbling in breeding and training proper strong mons, after the many quality of life improvements provided by Gen VI, but I still didn't have much. So I think I will try to go further in this game.

All of the Tapu are cool. Except Tapu Bulu. I am very sad for Bulu. Grassy Terrain doesn't really help anyone, and I can't see it doing so in the near future.

I was originally very concerned you could use Ultra Beasts in VGC, but now they're just kind of there. Like they just destroy themselves with their types and/or defenses.

...Not that my ramblings about the official format mostly likely concerns any of you guys.

In defense of only Kanto being chosen, most of them have inferior stats to the newer Pokemon (compare Machamp to Conkeldurr) and most of them lacked abilities or types as a Jail Free card.
I've been using Alolan Sandslash just because it has Slush Rush and Ninetales can literally remove Garchomp from the field now just because it has 9 more base speed and Ice Beam.

Also this is technically Game Freak and not Nintendo.

^Yeah, I can't argue with what you said, to be fair. Especially the Game Freak bit, even though I'm sure Nintendo still had a hand in it all.

Tapu Fini is my favourite Guardian. Also the most annoying to catch. Swings and roundabouts!

I just love so many Pokemon designs this generation. Makes me want to go into breeding overdrive to get good ones of them all!
