You know, this may actually be a GeForce Driver issue, rather than an install issue. nvd3dum.dll is failing on me from time to time. I don't know how to fix the issue, a clean install might fix it. But then again, my OS might not be compatible with SA2B. Heck, it's Windows 10, it was more stable on Windows 7.
OOH! That must be it, it's both! My OS and GPU Drivers are causing the game to crash at unexpected times. Any fixes for both issues, I mean, where do I start?
I use Windows 10 Pro, running on Intel Core i5 Processor, with Graphics powered by an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960. Most recent Error log involving sonic2app.exe:

UPDATE: Another factor might be how up-to-date your Direct X 9.0c Drivers are. If there's even one pickle out of place or short a byte, it could affect the stability of the game.
