Is Chao Island loading slow to you?

There was some major slowdown reported by the members yesterday (Oct 1st)
I spoke to my host about this and he responded explaining:

Hello,

One of the members were overloading the servers earlier today (we disabled the offending folder in the meantime) and loads were returned to normal. Though in your thread you mentioned that it has been over the past few days?

Can you have your friends send you a tracert and then open a support ticket with it to see why they are seeing it slow (as the above only explains today; not the past few days so there could be issues with the route they take to the server).

So, just checking if it was just yesterday, and hoping everything is normal now for everyone..

It was slow on the 1st until about 8 PM In michigan.

I was having errors posting just earlier, which resulted in double-posting, AND a THIRD post of the same message. I have reported my own posts requesting their deletion.

The site was slow for AWHILE but it actually rather normal at loading now. As in, it has started near the end of September, but the past few days it has been normal.

I tried logging on from my mobile device yesterday, but all I was able to see was a PHP error concerning the database. It has been a tad bit slow for me the past few days, though.

yahoo had a blip yesterday so any pics going through yahoo (such as mine) didnt show up, if your connected with yahoo that might be why but if your not then I dont know
