get a sky blue translucent 2-tone chao and make it a neutral chaos chao.

well yea. but this would probably look more like chaos if it were transparent sky blue. :omochao:

Fusion actually explained this very well once. When something is translucent is has a sort of distortion when looking through it, while transparent is very solid. Arguably either term is correct for the majority of Shiny Jewel Chao, because the speckles from being Shiny make them considerable for translucent, but their skin is technically transparent.
