In the Anhesist Chao Race you can see Omochao cheering for the Chao (It can be just to the Dreamcast version)

In shadow the hedgrhog in cryptic castle there are tons of chao in this one room.(It is also funny that you can beat them up)

in sonic the hedgehog 2006 game in the destroyed city some of the road signs say chao garden on them

In SEGA super stars tennis in one of the 2 sonic the hedgehog courts there are chao around the edge of the court

Sonic Riders: there's a chao in charge of the black market, also there are a hero and a dark chao floating on a balloom in the very first stage

Sonic Riders 2: the same chao in charge of the black market

Sonic and Mario at the olimpic games: besides the sleeping chao, there's also a group of chao among the audience

Virtua Striker 3: the gang of Sonic amoung a group of chao are unlockeable

Billy Hatcher and the giant egg: Chao is an unlockeable egg animal, its purpose is to assist Billy to defeat several enemies in one row (too powerful even for a power type chao lol)

Samba de Amigo: several chao are seem as background characters in green hill stage, also there's a chao riding an UFO at the background at several stages
