tails also has a jet anklet, which you can find in the sewers behind twinkle park, by flying through the hole in the ceiling.

Yeah, way to give us the specifics.
Can't remember Big's and Gammas? Big's Life Belt is in Ice Cap area and the Lure upgrades?
(in no particular order do you have to collect these)
1. The sewers below where you gets Tails' Jet Anklet
2. In Ice Cap, you can look at my vids on Youtube on how to get that upgrade, as the directions are complex and I cannot remember them at this point. I am Pinkolol16.
3. In the forest, in a path that is off to the side, there are two of these in the jungle. One is where you find a statue as Knuckles and the other is where the lure upgrade is. You can look on the Map(unless you have the DC version, which doesn't) for details.
4. Prison room where Amy was in. Not the cell she was in nor the egg, the first cell you see.
Gammas
The room opposite to the hover thing room, Reservoir room or something, is where the Laser Blaster is.
I can even give specifics on the others if you like.
