New to PC but not Chao

Been playing with chao since I was 8, I'm 19 now.

Finally on PC, I can get my tails chao!
Is there any mods for like:

Unlimited chao drives?
Unlimited animals?
Reincarnation activation mod?

After doing this all legit for over 10 years, I finally want to see what modding is all about.

I am far from the best person to help with this issue (I have not played any chao related games on computer, and I am fairly poor with technology in general) but there is a definitely a modding community here that has made some pretty exciting things. The Chao Hacking/Editing board has many things, most notably the top two, stickied posts, Fusion's Chao Editor, and DarkyBeji's Chao World Extended. These two were both made by members of this community, and seem pretty great.

(Although infinite animal/drive uses do exist through glitchery in even the GC games.)
