This page lists all of the offsets related to a chao’s character bonds. These values represent how much a chao loves or hates a specific character. Note that both SADX and SA2B store the data from both games, as it is retained when transferring the chao between them.

SADX Sonic bond

A value from -100 to +100 representing the chao’s bond with Sonic. The chao will like the character more as this value increases.
Values greater than or equal to 51 will make the chao love Sonic. This makes the chao come when Sonic whistles, and it will also be happy to be picked up.
Values less than or equal to -51 will make the chao hate Sonic. This makes the chao squirm and try to escape when picked up by Sonic.

SADX Tails bond
